Replace your old launcher with 360 Launcher beta v1.2

360 Launcher is a combination of QQ Launcher and MXHome. It's a very full-featured launcher that's clean, fast, and extremely smooth on my EVO 3D. While Chinese in origin, it's currently in the translation and localization phase by melvinchng.

Among its features are built-in theme and lockscreen downloads, the iPhone jitter icon effect, re-organizable app lists, 14 screen transitions effects, app drawer transition effects, the ability to group items in the app drawer into folders so they're not just all randomly jumbled there, and much more. It also includes power and memory saving widgets, the ability to hide applications, and the ability to sort folders or organize content.

Playing with it, I can say it's very well laid out and feature rich. It feels a bit like iOS, MIUI, and Android had a baby and named it after a game console.

This is still a fairly early beta, and while everything  but the weather widget works (unless you're in China), some things still have some translation issues. But you get what you pay for, and this is free for the moment.
